“Rejoice in the way things are”

When i’m feeling bad, my antidote is to rejoice in what i have.

I give thanks.

I think about three things that i’m grateful for and take for granted. It can as simple as my health, my vision and my hearing.

It reminds me of the song in The Sound of Music, “When the dog bites, when the bee stings, when i’m feeling sad, I simply remember my favourite things, and then i dont feel so bad”

This quote is just so great, and says it all!

“Fame or integrity: which is more important?

Money or happiness: which is more valuable?

Success or failure: which is more destructive?

If you look to others for fulfillment, you will never truly be fulfilled.

If your happiness depends on money, you will never be happy with yourself.

Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are.

When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.”
